Your Day-by-Day Experience
Day 1 Montreal - Rimouski - Campbellton - Bathurst
Depart from Montreal in the morning, driving east along the scenic St. Lawrence River. Your first major stop is the Pointe-au-Père Maritime Historic Site near Rimouski. Here, you will see Canada’s second-tallest lighthouse, view Canada's only publicly accessible submarine from the outside, and learn about the tragic sinking of the Empress of Ireland. Afterward, continue to Campbellton (the "Salmon Capital") to take photos with the famous giant salmon sculpture. In the evening, arrive and check into your hotel.

Day 2 Bathurst - Shediac - Magnetic Hill - Halifax
After breakfast, head south toward Shediac, the "Lobster Capital of the World," to admire and photograph the iconic giant lobster sculpture. Next, continue to Moncton's famous Magnetic Hill to experience and learn about the mysterious optical illusion. In the afternoon, cross into Nova Scotia and drive straight up to the Halifax. Start in Halifax with the option to join the Harbour Hopper Tour, exploring the historic port city by land and water on an amphibious vehicle. Visit Halifax Citadel, located on the city’s highest hill, to enjoy spectacular panoramic views of the historic harbor before checking into your hotel.

Day 3 Halifax - Peggy’s Cove - Confederation Bridge - Prince Edward Island - Charlottetown
Morning, drive to the coastal village of Peggy’s Cove to marvel at the iconic lighthouse and massive granite rocks shaped by the Atlantic waves. Then head toward the Confederation Bridge. Stop near the bridge on the mainland side to enjoy views of the Northumberland Strait, take photos, and shop for souvenirs before crossing the bridge onto Prince Edward Island. Head to the capital, Charlottetown, for a photo stop at Province House (the birthplace of Canadian Confederation). You will also have the opportunity to enjoy a delicious lobster dinner during your time on PEI.

Day 4 Cavendish Beach - Green Gables - Hopewell Rocks - Saint John
Begin your day on PEI exploring the red cliffs and coastal scenery of Cavendish Beach, followed by a visit to the iconic Green Gables House. In the afternoon, leave the island and drive to New Brunswick's famous Hopewell Rocks Park to witness the massive flowerpot rock formations carved by the world's highest tides. Evening arrival at your hotel.
Overnight stay in: Saint John
Day 5 Saint John - Hartland Covered Bridge - Edmundston - Montreal
After breakfast, discover Saint John's famous Reversing Falls rapids, created by the powerful Bay of Fundy tides. Head north along the St. Lawrence River route to visit the historic Hartland Covered Bridge, the longest covered bridge in the world. Continue to the charming town of Edmundston for your final lunch stop. After lunch, enjoy the remaining scenic drive back to Quebec, with your arrival in Montreal expected in the evening.
