The Ice Hotel is the only ice hotel in North America and opens for a limited time each winter. Its rooms, corridors, bar area and sculptures are all built from snow and ice. Under the soft lighting, the entire structure looks like a fairytale ice palace and has become one of Quebec’s most iconic winter attractions.
Montmorency Falls ($)
Often nicknamed “Little Niagara”, Montmorency Falls is about 1.5 times higher than Niagara Falls. In winter, the outer part of the waterfall freezes into thick layers of ice and impressive icicles. It is a perfect place to admire powerful winter scenery and take dramatic photos of an ice-covered waterfall.
Old Quebec (Old Town)
Old Quebec is located in the provincial capital of Quebec City and is the only walled city in North America.
